A study tour at WIU is not just a daily study schedule, but an active participation in sports and outdoor activities must be essential now that you are in the United States。Here, we deeply experienced the popular outdoor sports in the United States, such as rock climbing, rope, rowing and other lofty projects。

01.Rock climbing and high ropes

At Horn Field Campus, feel the first time in life climbing, the friends are motivated to choose their own challenge difficulty。Most students fail at how to change their hands and feet, and so do I。The first time I stepped onto the rock face, my first feeling was that I was too heavy! And his arm strength, and his body flexibility is not high enough。Want to walk freely on the rock wall, it is actually a very difficult thing。

First of all, we must have enough arm strength to support the stay on the rock wall, and secondly, we must know a variety of climbing skills and flexible coordination of limbs。Climbing and high ropes can make us focus, improve mental agility, but also exercise our physical coordination, challenge our courage, and promote our sense of teamwork!

"Report! The mission was successfully completed by all members!"
